This week we were delighted to attend the first in a series of 9 Tastebud Tour Of The World dinners by the matriarch of Knoxville cuisine, Holly Hambright. Each of the 5 course dinners will focus on a particular city in a country around the world. This very special dinner focused on Munich, Germany. Each course drew from Holly's love of the German region and were true to the source. This was our first big food outing of the year and I can't imagine a better way to start it! If you are available for one or more of these dinners, you simply must not miss them!!! I can't wait to see what she does with future cities...an she ends up focusing on Knoxville, Tennessee!
